Please include the version string shown near the bottom of the Studio's sidebar. Part of it also appears in /etc/ml-release on the instance.

What support covers

The Sushi ML Studio application: launching the instance, reaching the web UI, loading a spreadsheet, and anything the product does wrong.

Not covered: modelling advice for your own data, and changes you make to the Python environment at /opt/ml/venv, which is yours to modify. The Studio runs from a separate environment, so those changes cannot break it.
